When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
The exception is if I'm on mural project or traveling it might take 5-8 business days for me to ship out your order.
If your order is time sensitive, such as birthday or holiday gift, feel free to email me letting me know your order number and the date you need it by so I can do my best to get it to you on time.
I pack and ship out all the orders myself so please be patient with me! I really appreciate your understanding.
How long does shipping take?
All orders once fulfilled will include a tracking number to the email provided when the order was placed. Please check the tracking number for status updates on your order. Please be patient as shipping times are out of my control once it's in USPS hands.
For orders within the US, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
For international orders outside the US, please allow 4-6+ weeks for shipping.
Can I make any returns or exchanges?
Any unused, or unopened purchase can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase unless it's a custom order. Custom orders are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Customer is responsible for shipping back the item and Almonte Studio will asses the item to make sure it meets the standard stated above prior to a refund being issued. In the event that an item is damaged during transit, please email me talisa@almontestudio.com with photos and we can discuss options.
